Miss Right Stuff Runs

Her name is Teresa McWalters, and she's been busying excelling at cross country for Stanford University. Track, too.

The articulate lass explains how her father, who is not a runner, helped turn her into an All-American: "There was definitely an athletic ethos from my dad," Teresa said. "He was a model of discipline for me as a kid. He would get up at 4:30 so he could work out before going to work at 6. Watching him helped form early habits of my own."

Teresa's player page is here. Note that the "high school" section notes her 12-year homeschooling background.
