Remember lonelygirl15 who claimed, via YouTube, that she was an angst-filled homeschooler? "Bree" was not only a fake, but a cheesy cliche of a homeschooler at that. However, the camera and the brain-dead masses can't get enough of Jessica Lee Rose, a 19-year-old actress who grew up in New Zealand.
Jessica ranks number one on this Forbes Web Celeb 25 list even bypassing cybergeeks Drudge and the Instapundit. The United Nations has also recruited her for one of their ineffectual anti-poverty campaigns.
This vblog drama brings to mind the work of Neil Postman. The man was a prophet.
