The Homeschooling Revolution

December 28, 2006

"Like the Gambino mob, but with matching federal funds"

Journalists Robert Stacy McCain and Lynn Vincent are the authors of Donkey Cons. (Remember the game?) One reviewer wrote of the book, "Donkey Cons traces the history of the Democratic Party from its ignominious origins to the present day. Witty, narrated in a lively style and meticulously footnoted, this important chronicle should be sine qua non on every political reference shelf."

Now here's the part where I wave my magic wand and - presto-chango! - produce the homeschool angle.

Mrs. Vincent has written about home education for World Magazine. (She's the magazine's features editor.) Mr. McCain, who works at the Washington Times as an assistant national editor, is a homeschooling father of six children.
