Note: A couple of folks sent me an update to a story that also deserves the notorious "barf bag alert" - the one involving a public school teen, in Kansas, who upchucked on his teacher. Here's the link (but you gotta register). Here's the synopsis: "A high school student convicted of battery for vomiting on his Spanish teacher has been ordered to spend the next four months cleaning up after people who throw up in police cars." Two students testified that Vomit Man "threw up intentionally." Gross.
