The Homeschooling Revolution

For Serious Bloggers

This guide - Law of the Blog - may well be worth the
ten bucks it costs.

It's written by Nicholas Carroll who is not a lawyer but who is a widely-published journalist. So, it'll probably be a snap to read and digest.

Update: Jim Bovard has an opinion on Mr. Caroll's work. In short: He really likes it.

'Nother Update: I finally read this guide and it's very well done. Highly recommended for those - journalism students, wannabe legal eagles, bloggers with an active comments section - seeking accurate information about intellectual theft, fair use rule, slander, and libel.
