The Homeschooling Revolution

May 03, 2007

These are your fellow Americans' brains on NASCAR

About 180,000 of them were at Talladega on Sunday for the Aaron's 499 race, and 178,000 of them were fans of Dale Earnhardt, Jr. (Budweiser car). The remainder liked Tony Stewart (Home Depot car). The winner of the race was Jeff Gordon (DuPont car). He had beer cans thrown at his car by the annoyed, drunk Earnhardt groupies. Fortunately, several of the drivers, NASCAR officials, 'Dega officials, governor of Alabama, Miss USA, Franklin Graham, Rosie O'Donnell, and the next American Idol who gets to sing the national anthem at an important race, all condemned the behavior of the sore losers.

I'm exaggerating. But only slightly.

See the video.

Didja know that the "National Day of Prayer" got plugged on Kenny Wallace's (Furniture Row) car?
