Pushy Prosecutor Tries to Send Innocent Teen to Prison

Acquaint yourself with the legal and emotional saga of Matthew Bandy. This boy's parents marshalled the resources to stand by and help him out, but it was a fair judge who ultimately came to his complete rescue.

Today, the Bandy family wants nothing to do with the Internet. Hopefully, Matthew wants nothing to do with adult pornography, either.

An interview with DA Andrew Peyton Thomas, father of four. This man has issues.

Update: Rachel Alexander, who works for the Maricopa County Attorney's office, offers a rebuttal to the media critics of this case. Another update: A rebuttal to Alexander's rebuttal.
