The American Bar Association is to law schools what the National Education Association is to education schools. For all their egalitarian noises, both dogmatically support a cliquish credentialization system.
Therefore, it was a pleasant surprise to learn of the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover's desire to see the "ABA to be stripped of its right to accredit the nation's law schools." It is these mavericks ongoing quest and a lonely one at that.
MSLAW also works to attract working class people to their program by making tuition more affordable than the ABA-blessed institutions.
