Clothes for the Foolish

A column in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about hip-hop loving urban teenagers who aren't well-to-do yet think it's vital to spend an excessive amount of money on ugly clothes.

The prices quoted were beyond the $100 sneakers craze. For example, these Red Monkey Jeans are $649.75 and don't look like anything special. Yet the teen in the column was willing to pay a $1000 for a pair of these pants.

Stunned.

But here's the affordable Marburys.

Much better.

Equal Time: Why just pick on young skulls full of mush when the chic ladies are also chumps when it comes to forking over the big bucks for the ugly bags.
