And it's pronounced LANK-i-stir, not LAN-CAS-ter, and it's an unusual mix of country and urban. There's an endless supply of women wearing those cute Mennonite head coverings, and, on Monday, I saw a bunch of Amish children headed to school, barefoot (?), but clothed in the traditional garb. There was a few hijab-wearing Muslim women at the grocery store, so I guess there's plenty of room for a homeschool mom who has a penchant for wearing baseball caps.

While I'm taking in the sights and sounding like a tourist, I'm also unpacking a gazillion boxes, doing home improvement projects, making time to study for the Baby Bar and trying to find Albert.
