The Homeschooling Revolution

May 01, 2006

Not Hunky or Dory

Eliot Spitzer, N.Y. attorney general and gubernatorial candidate, thinks parents or a conscience or the good Lord himself serve zero societal purpose in restraining youngsters from unwholesome choices regarding explicit video games and flavored cigarettes. Mr. Lawtigator also wants certain food products banned in g-schools, and he has gone after the toy gun industry.

His enthusiam for the public sector and the little guy does have its limits, though, since he sends his three daughters to a private school, the AG's alma mater, in fact.

Update: Well, well, well. Lookee who's supporting the boycott and basing his argument on federal labor laws. Attorney Hans Bader disagrees.
