Homeschool Research

Ed Collom, who works in the Dept. of Sociology at the University of Maine, sent this note to several of us: "I just wanted to let you know that two articles of mine have just appeared in print and may be of interest. The first is an analysis of home schooling as a social movement and is available (here). The second considers parental motivations and student achievement." Go here.

All I know is that Ed cited my Cato piece, but I have not had a chance to read this pair of papers. Meantime, if any of you go-get-em bloggers post a review of his work, please let me know. Thanks.

Update: One review.
