The Homeschooling Revolution

March 24, 2004

WWDT (What Would Dorothy Think?)

If you are willing to move to depressed parts of the Heartland, there's free land to be had.

Here's why: "Marquette is among at least 10 Kansas communities offering free land to attract residents to boost school enrollment and fatten the tax base. Most such programs started in the past year or two, so it is too soon to measure long-term success."
